Ingredients

  • 2dl coconut milk
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon japanese soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • Juice from half a lime

Steps

  1. Cut the garlic and ginger into smaller pieces.
  2. Use a mortle to turn it into a paste.
  3. Mix in all the other ingredients.
  4. Let it sit for a while, preferably for an hour or more.
