Ingredients
- 2dl coconut milk
- 1 garlic
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon japanese soy sauce
- 4 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
- Juice from half a lime
Steps
- Cut the garlic and ginger into smaller pieces.
- Use a mortle to turn it into a paste.
- Mix in all the other ingredients.
- Let it sit for a while, preferably for an hour or more.
