Ingredients

  • 2 yellow onions
  • 1 package crushed tomatoes
  • 1 dl red lentils
  • 400g canned coconut milk
  • 400g canned coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 2 cubes vegetable stock

Prep

  1. Put the lentils in water.
  2. Chop the onion.

Steps

  1. Fry the onion with the spices.
  2. Add the crushed tomatoes, coconut milk, coconut cream and vegetable stock.
  3. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the lentils.
  5. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
