Ingredients
- 2 yellow onions
- 1 package crushed tomatoes
- 1 dl red lentils
- 400g canned coconut milk
- 400g canned coconut cream
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 2 cubes vegetable stock
Prep
- Put the lentils in water.
- Chop the onion.
Steps
- Fry the onion with the spices.
- Add the crushed tomatoes, coconut milk, coconut cream and vegetable stock.
- Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the lentils.
- Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
